The Shiley Speaking Valve with oxygen Port (SSVO) is designed for use on alert, awake tracheostomy patients who breathe independently without assisted mechanical ventilation. It connects to 15 mm connector on Tracheostomy Tube. Directs airflow past the vocal cords, giving the patient the ability to speak without finger occlusion.
