The new Respironics ComfortGel Blue Nasal CPAP Mask includes all the features of the original ComfortGel Mask, plus a range of new ones which enhance the already successful ComfortGel design. An improved forehead pad, a shorter and more compact tube connection, smaller mask frame, and an updated gel technology with a silicone flap are just but a few of the many new features includes in this mask. Respironics has also put a System One resistance Control rating on the cushion. When putting in this rating to a System One machine, it will automatically adjust the pressure settings to best fit the mask the patient is using.

Resprionics has just further Improved the well received Gel Cushion Technology. They have now made the gel much softer so that it will shape the patients face much smoother and easier. With the separate silicone clip, that snaps on over the gel cushion, patients will find that the mask will now provide an excellent seal and a longer lasting cushion.

The new and improved forhead pad was made larger and with more cushioning. In this way, Respironics helps eliminate pressure on the forehead which will help ensure that patients do not wake up with red marks on their face.

The new exhalation ports disperse the air way quieter then before because the size of each individual port was decreased. Also, the elbow angles the ports to send the air away from your bedpartner for a quieter more comfortable sleep.
