Bi-Level Positive Airway Pressure, or BiPAP / BiLevel, is type of variable pressure applied by respiratory devices in order to treat Sleep Apnea. A Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Device, or CPAP Machine, contantly applies one level of pressure, where as a BiPAP / BiLevel device applies two levels in order to facilitate exhaling.
