Warranty & Return Policies:
We care about you as a customer, and will make every effort to work with you if you need to return or exchange an item. Following are our return and exchange policies stated for your reference and review:
All of the masks and machines we sell are covered by standard manufacturer's warranties. If you purchase an item and find that it is defective within the warranty period we will gladly repair or replace it based on the manufacturer's policies. To arrange a warranty repair or replacements please see below for instructions. Shipping charges may apply on select warranty replacements. Return arrangements must be made within 30-days of purchase.
If you placed an order by mistake or would like to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 15 days of purchase, as long as the original manufacturer's packaging has not been opened. Once your item has been received at our offices, inspected and approved as unopened you will receive credit for the original purchase price, minus a 15% handling and restocking fee. Please Note: If you were eligible for free shipping and you decided to return your order, you will be charged for the shipping in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
To return or exchange an item to Venture Respiratory Inc. please follow our three step process:
1) Your Return Authorization Code. Log in to your Users Account and proceed to your Order History. There you will find a link to request an RMA. Once your request is approved by our staff, you will receive an email with your RMA code. Clearly mark the return package with this RMA number.
2) Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
3) Insure Your Package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Venture Respiratory Inc. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
