Respironics Millennium Oxygen Concentrator Pre-Inlet Foam Filter replaces the OEM #H618. It measures approximately 2.5 " W diam x 2.5" H, and slides into the blue chamber on the top of the Clear Inlet Filter on all Millennium Oxygen Concentrators.

For best performance, the Pre-Inlet Filter should be cleaned on a monthly basis, using mild soap and water, and thereafter left to air dry completely before re-insertion into the Clear Inlet Filter. Replace as necessary when the Pre-Inlet Filter foam begins to appear worn or degraded.
